Are pet prescriptions contributing to the opioid crisis?

The preliminary findings of a study, by the University of Pennsylvania, suggests we are seeing an increase in opioid prescriptions written by veterinarians for pets. If you have prescription opioids for your pet, be sure to keep the opioids in a safe location and to dispose of them properly. And, if you need Naloxone for you or you pet, please contact us!
